We would like to point out that you can use the Rentura.ba portal for your personal use without any fees by using the basic user package, while adhering to the following terms and conditions.
Rentura points -Rental are used exclusively on the Rentura.ba platform and for the specific profile for which they were purchased. With Rentura points, you cannot pay for vehicle rentals, but with these points, you can use various services that Rentura.ba offers its users, such as:
The premium package is a digital product that bundles all benefits in one place.
Digital products can be paid for via bank transfer to the account of OD Alecta BH, following the payment instructions (link).
Paid digital products are delivered immediately after the User selects the appropriate package or service and confirms the payment method. In this case, there is no physical delivery as it is a digital product. Immediately after bank payment verification, the digital product will be assigned to the user within 24/48 hours. If the User wishes to activate points within 12 hours, they should send a photo of the payment receipt to the email address info@rentura.ba.
Rentura.ba is committed to delivering a technically functional digital product that matches the product description provided on the Rentura.ba portal. The image used to illustrate the product on the web portal may not match the actual product's appearance, and the User cannot file a complaint regarding this aspect.
In case of any technical defects with the digital product, complaints can be sent in writing to the email: info@rentura.ba.
All copyright of the publisher and the internet portal owner is retained by OD Alecta BH, the owner of the Rentura.ba portal.
